A Day in the Life of A Shoe

We did writing on the day in a life of a shoe. We had to put ourselves as the shoe. Here is my writing.

A DAY IN A LIFE OF A SHOE

Today, is Saturday. I really want to be used today, because I want to do some exercise at Softball.  From the tall shelf I’m watching Kyra’s family go past me over and over again. Itś 7:20am Kyra is walking towards me and she put me on. At 7:30 we jumped in the car away we go.
Kyra's game was at 11:00am. Akeilah´s and Quaidenś game were both at 8:00am. When Nick (Kyraś Dad), took us to Hagley Park. Kyra played on field 13. As we were running around the bases, her feet were sweating inside me. Ohh yuck! I can't breathe Eh!!

After All our game's we drove back home. As we walked into the house Kyra took me off and then she put me back on the tall shelf. As she put me back on the tall shelf, I started to cool down Aaa so good!!.

After a couple of hours, Kyra put me back on to go to her Dad’s game at Warren Park. We drove there. When we got there Kyra got her glove and she did some throws with Aroha and Nyra. After they did there throws they went to the playground for about 4 minutes. Then they came back, Kyra's Dad got a home run.

After Nick's game we went to the club rooms. When we were at the club rooms Kyra's Mum Leigh got Akeilah , Quaiden and Kyra a jug of Raspberry and coke. At the club rooms Akeilah got player of the day. After all that we drove home and they had Fish'n Chips for tea. After they had there tea they watched a movie called Spy. As they were watching the movie I peeked through the window and started to watch.
I was watching them have popcorn and chocolate (mmm looks delicious!!).
As I was watching the movie I thought that If Kyra wears me tomorrow I have to go to school...

Excellence - I make thoughtful decisions about  my behavior, my friends and my learning. I always do my best in everything like school work , Kapa Haka and
Choir

Love of learning - I love to come to school to learn with my teachers. I love to learn new things. I love to learn about things I don't know. Like Sean said in choir the world is an open library so reach out grab a story and learn even when no one is watching.

3 Steps to being a Trusted Kid

I have to be a year 5 or 6

I have to complete the Trusted Kid pages in my passport and hand in to the teachers at the start of a celebration assembly week.

What my week has been up to

What my week has been up to
Tena Koutou Tena Koutou Tena Koutou Katoa
My week is amazing because the Kapa Haka went to the Cultural Festival 2015.
I was really scared when I first got on the stage. But when we first started singing I loved it.
When the teachers said that we are going to be on Youtube
I really wanted to see the performance because I thought we did really good. For our first performance
at the Cultural Festival

When we went backstage we had to get our piupiu on. When we were backstage Mrs Dinnington and I got a photo together.
That was the best performance ever.
I thought we did really good for our first
Mrs Dinnington plays the guitar,
Matua Mike teachers us Maori,
Mr M helps us to get in all these things sorted,
and Mrs Harris is the one that gets us our songs to sing for our performances.

IT WAS THE BEST!!!
